Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship within the United States only, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on where your gift is going.

Gift Baskets & Gifts

Most gift orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. During peak holiday periods, please allow additional processing time. Orders of more than 10 gifts, custom projects, and orders that require us to special-order inventory may need extra lead time, up to three weeks. We’ll quote shipping and let you know the timing before we accept your order. We encourage you to order early, especially during the holidays, since popular designs and seasonal gifts are limited.

Picnic Time Products

Orders usually ship the next business day. Custom orders (monogramming or engraving) and orders with several pieces may take a little longer. Every order is reviewed and approved before it ships.

Delivery Time

Ground shipping typically arrives in 2 to 5 business days, depending on where your gift is going. Expedited shipping is also available. Delivery dates and carrier transit times are estimates, not guarantees, and we can’t be responsible for delays beyond our control, such as severe weather or carrier service interruptions.
